Representatives of the British breed of cats are brachycephalic, meaning they have a spherical head due to a shortened muzzle. This unique skull shape differs from that of non-brachycephalic breeds.
The spherical head is a breed standard that adds to their charm, but it also contributes to an atypical anatomical structure of the nasolacrimal canals. In brachycephalic cats and dogs, there is often some curvature and deformation of these canals. In severe cases, this can impede the flow of tears into the nasopharynx.
Many owners notice brown crusts in the corners of their cat's eyes after sleep, which is a normal occurrence. While tears are clear when secreted, they can linger on the fur and oxidize in the air, resulting in a brown discoloration. The brown crusts (which may sometimes have a reddish tint) are simply dried, oxidized tears.
We always participate in exhibitions because it is essential for our cats to be judged by professional judges. Maintaining breed standards is very important to us, and without exhibitions, this would be impossible.

A DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

By paying the Deposit, the Client agrees to the terms of the sale and the contract. The contract is posted on our website. The agreement can only be changed by the Seller and only if there are special reasons for this.
Once a buyer has selected a kitten, their Deposit is not transferable and does not roll over to another kitten or litter. We expect buyers to pick up their kitten on the scheduled day and time. If the Buyer does not pick up their kitten on their scheduled date and time, the Buyer will forfeit their monies, and the kitten will be made available and sold to another.
The $ 500 deposit is not refundable if the Client refuses the kitten or for any reason and cannot pick it up at 12 to 13 weeks old.
If the Client cannot pick up the kitten after 13 weeks old, the Client must pay $ 35 daily for the kitten's stay in the cattery.
We return the Deposit only when we refuse to sell the kitten to our clients. We reserve the right not to explain the reason.
The Buyer agrees to pay the rest when they pick up the kitten from the cattery. If the courier transports the kitten, the Buyer undertakes to pay for the kitten two weeks before transportation.

PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
* This cat/kitten was purchased as a pet, not for breeding.
* The Seller recommends that the Buyer take this cat/kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt to ensure its health.
* The buyer confirms that the Buyer can provide financial care and maintenance for the cat in any condition, including in unforeseen emergencies.
* Seller warrants that the kitten will be in good health at the time of purchase for 72 hours. The buyer must have the kitten examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours. During these 72 hours, if a severe medical abnormality is discovered, the seller will take the kitten back and refund the purchase price less the deposit and any shipping costs, provided that the seller has proper documentation from a licensed veterinarian stating the medical condition and that the cat has a severe medical abnormality; a second examination by a veterinarian of seller's choice confirms these statements. After 72 hours, the seller can no longer guarantee the health of the kittens/cats (except for birth defects)
* Seller warrants kittens to be free from congenital disease for one year from the date of purchase. Kittens that die within one year of purchase as a result of an apparent congenital disease will be replaced if congenital disease as the cause of death is confirmed by a necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian (requires microchip indication).
* We do not provide a health guarantee for viral diseases such as herpes (rhinotracheitis), coronavirus, feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), feline leukemia virus (FeLV), and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). It is not possible to provide a health guarantee for these viral diseases, and they are not under the control of the breeder.
* We provide a one-year warranty against hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and polycystic kidney disease. The warranty ends when the kitten reaches 15 months of age. To validate the one-year warranty, the customer must provide all documentation from a veterinary cardiologist or nephrologist. The seller reserves the right to either refund the purchase price of the kitten (excluding the customer's veterinary costs) or provide a replacement kitten.
* Replacement will be made with a kitten of comparable quality and value available at the discretion of the Breeder/Seller. Breeder/Seller reserves the right to replace with cash refunding the purchase price. The owner pays shipping.
* Pet Health Insurance: This agreement requires you to sign up for health insurance for your kitten as soon as you bring them home. Using Trupanion health insurance is optional, but as a Trupanion partner breeder, all of our kittens are pre-approved for immediate coverage if our offer is activated within 24 hours of receiving your kitten.
* The seller is not responsible for any veterinary care for this cat after the buyer takes possession of the kitten. Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the buyer.
*This cat/kitten is sold without breeding rights and under a sterilization/neuter agreement.
* Buyer agrees that the kitten will be neutered/spayed by the time it reaches 7 months at the buyer's expense. When the kitten reaches 9 months, the buyer will provide the seller with documentation that the cat has been neutered. The Breeder/Seller will supply your kitten's necessary TICA registration documents.
* Buyer agrees not to allow the cat to be declawed under any circumstances.
* Under no circumstances should this kitten/cat be allowed to live outdoors or be released outdoors without strict supervision and on a leash.
* Under no circumstances should this kitten/cat be tattooed, pierced, or subjected to any unnecessary "fashion" body modification.
* Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will the kitten/cat be sold or given to a pet store, animal shelter, research laboratory, or similar facility.
* Buyer agrees that any breach of the terms of this agreement may result in the forfeiture of the kitten in question, any registration/pedigree documents, no refund of the purchase price, deposit, or expenses incurred, and Buyer may be subject to monetary compensation to Seller.
* If the kitten is not picked up on the agreed date, the cattery has the right to refuse to sell the kitten to you and put it back up for sale without a refund of the deposit or charge you a fee of $35 per day until the kitten is picked up.
* Airfreight shipping within the continental US will be at the current cost, including crates.
* The seller makes no warranties about anything under the airline's control. Suppose any damage is caused by the airline, its officers or employees, or any other party due to the airline's negligence during transportation. In that case, the buyer may sue the party responsible for the damage. The buyer agrees that the kitten will be picked up from the airport on the flight arrival date and time, which both the buyer and the seller will arrange and agree upon.
* Buyer agrees that any legal action will be filed/conducted in Roseburg, Oregon, and assumes responsibility for legal costs.
We do not guarantee that our kittens will be free of infectious diseases when they leave our home. They are like small human children and can pick them up if they come into contact. We offer replacement kittens for congenital or genetic life-threatening birth defects such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or a heart defect (also known as HCM) during the first year of your kitten's life. We cannot guarantee your kitten's health if you change our feeding recommendations. Please use our recommended foods. We strive for good health in our bloodlines and do our utmost, but circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. • While we cannot guarantee that your kitten will be parasite-free, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure your kitten's health. Your kitten has already received two flea drops and has been dewormed. We have included this information in the vaccination report we have provided to you. • We require evidence from your vet in copies of medical records if a problem arises. We then discuss this with our vet before making any decisions.
• We do not provide any guarantees if the breakdown occurred due to the new owner's fault, including his failure to follow the recommended cat food.
